Everything I post is free. I’m PlayfulProcess—a social work student, mother, writer, vibe coder, and 9-to-5 corporate worker exploring how creativity, technology, and care can help us live more connected, meaningful lives.
I believe that frameworks, stories, and play can heal the fractures between thought and feeling, self and world. My projects—Life is Process and Recursive.Eco—explore this in different forms: children’s books that nurture emotional literacy, collaborative tools that spark creativity, and essays that look for wisdom in everyday life.
Trained in economics and now studying social work, I move between systems thinking and human stories—between data and empathy, structure and soul. I’m drawn to the spaces where art meets psychology, where philosophy becomes practice, and where kindness can be designed into how we relate and build.
This space is my experiment in living thoughtfully in an automated world—where process itself is the art.
